Cleveland, Tenn. (Nov. 2024) — Legacy Senior Living and Dominion Senior Living are pleased to announce the promotion of Reggie Richardson to Director of Culinary Services. Richardson started his journey with Dominion Senior Living in February 2020 as Executive Chef for Everlan Senior Living of Johnson City.

After being an instrumental part in creating the exemplary dining experience for Everlan by Dominion’s four independent living communities, Richardson was promoted to Regional Culinary Specialist in September 2021. As Regional Culinary Specialist, his duties extended into overseeing the food and dining programs for Dominion’s 17 communities. With the promotion to Director of Culinary, Richardson will be adding Legacy Senior Living’s 17 communities into his leadership portfolio, along with the Dominion communities.

Richardson’s goal is to elevate senior living dining to upscale quality food with top-notch customer service. It brings him great joy and satisfaction to see residents and family members fellowship together over the food he has prepared.

“One of my favorite things about working in the senior living industry is having the honor to care for those who once cared for us. My goal is to give residents joy by enjoying delicious meals in a pleasant atmosphere each day,” Richardson said.

“We are honored to have Reggie as a part of our Legacy and Dominion family. His dedication to creating delicious, nutrient-dense menus, designed with seniors in mind, is essential to our goal of providing the best possible care for our residents. He has been instrumental in our dining programs so far and I’m excited to see him continue to grow in this role,” said Doug Veazey, COO of Legacy and Dominion.

Richardson loves to spend time with his wife of 20 years, Marisol, daughter, Trinitee, and four grandsons. If not traveling or antique shopping with his wife and daughter, he loves to go fishing, work in his garden and watch football.
